  Issue with lighting and a transparent cube

  So basically, I have my cube with has some texture on it, with the rest transparent. The object already has alpha settings to match and I tried using some transparent settings but the didn’t make a difference, If someone could help me that would be great.

  Basically I need to make it so it isnt dark inside the partially transparent cube

  What is your light setup? Are you sure light is shining inside the object? Have you tried placing a light inside?

  I fixed it! sorry about that. The problem was that my global illumination didn’t have the “evaluate transparency” setting on
