Ok so the subject might be a bit messy – here is the run down.

I want to use the delay effector by putting my device in a Fracture object and then having the Delay effector effect said device.

I also have an external compositing tag and compositing tag for the screen of the device.

When I render it with all the proper channels to get it into After Effects, I don’t get a solid for my screen. When I take it out of the Fracture Object all is well. I put it back in and nothing.

Anyone come across this or have a work around? I used the MoGraph cache tag with no luck either.

    Thanks!

Have you tried placing the external comp tag on the Fracture? I’m working in a similar setup at the moment with cloners.

Thanks Craig! Putting the external compositing tag on the fracture object worked for me to get solids to show up in After Effects.

    Much appreciated!
