    Dear COW-users,
I built up a Lego castle inside of cinema 4D with lots of modeled Lego-Stones (perhaps 500-800 Stones). It looks beautiful, but now I want to set up a little animation, let the stones fall down from the sky and build the castle from bottom to top, stone by stone.
Unfortunately I can’t set a keyframe for every Stone, because it would take to much time and isn’t that controllable.
So I thougt: We not try the PlugIn “Tranform”, that allows easy transformations. But like “Shatter”, this plug in destroys my Poly-Stones.

Does anyone has an idea, how to get this animation done?

Thanks a lot and have a nice day,

    Markus

You could try placing them all under a fracture object to make them mographable. Then above, setup a matrix object with a similar amount of objects. Using an inheritance effector, you could then animate them from the matrix offscreen to the final (in this case initial) resting place.
