IM using Cinema 4D R12 on MacOS 10.7. I have googled on how to delete the preferences but I still couldn’t find it. Mac OS 10.7 has a different path/location for the preferences file.

My problem is whenever i try to click the work area the mouse/pointer wouldn’t let go. So i thought of resetting the preferences file.

open your preferences in C4D, in the bottom left of that window there is a button to take you to your actual preferences folder

I’ve never seen it or even heard of that before, you might want to try contacting Maxon support
