  Eames House of Cards with random cloner?

  i’m working on a piece where i have 52 different eames style cards to animate. (all with different fronts and backs). i was hoping i could use the mograph cloner to create random groups of them, but i’m stuck on how to get it to select different random objects… i have already created 10 of these cards. is this possible? i’m thinking of after effects trapcode particular, where you can randomly select different objects as it generates the particles… or am i barking up the wrong tree here. hope this makes sense?

  Not sure what you’re asking here. If you just want to clone the objects randomly you can set the cloner to random mode. You want the effector to “select” groups?

  sorry yes i wasn’t being very clear. i have created 10 different cards. how do i get the cloner to generate random instances of those 10 cards, rather than creating (and individually animating) all 52. hope this makes sense?
