    Hy there,

the Cinema help can be quite useful:

    – Full Render: CINEMA 4D or Advanced Render render engine will be used
    – Software Preview: CINEMA 4D will render the scene as it looks unrendered in the Viewport
-Hardware Preview: CINEMA 4D will render the scene as it looks unrendered in OpenGL display mode. If this
option is selected an Options menu will appear in the left column of the Render Settings menu.

    Cheers,
    André

Thank you. It didn’t cross my mind to acess that. However, i do not get the point of ‘rendering’ the viewport, with the same elements you view while you model or animate them. It doesn’t actually render.

I use the “Render Preview” option as a way to check my animations and timing, not to check one or two frames. In that case, I’m not as concerned about it actually rendering it…I just need to see camera moves and objects.
