  sampling color variable

  hello everybody,

  i’m new in c4d and i need help, i’d like make a map with various termometers, which read a value of color from a video, and use this variable for move the mercury into termometer

  whould be read the color from a termographic map (or a derivated greymap) and use it as a variable with xpresso, is this posible?

  The easiest way to do it, by far, would be to use MoGraph’s shader effector. I’m not sure if it can be done with Xpresso.
