  multicolored mograph text

  Hi All,

  I’m trying to make a piece of mograph text in which each letter is a different color (1 of 4).

  I’ve been able to use the random effector and a material with the mograph multishader to achieve this with a normal cloner, cloning a grid of cubes, but when I apply the same procedure to a mograph text object, it doesn’t work.

  I have the feeling I’m missing something obvious.

  This works in R12 but it did not work in previous versions. I don’t know if it was classified as a bug or a limitation.

  Is there any kind of workaround for versions below R12?
