  Race Track Bank Turns

  Hi!

  I’m trying to make the flats of the straightways transition smoothly into the bank turns of a race track. I tweaked a profile spline in a sweeps nurb to create the incline, but that obviously effects the straightways, too.

  I wonder if I’m approaching it correctly.

  Are using a RAIL spline too?

  I did try that but it completely scrambled the sweep.

  it still may be a good way to go
