  A question about aniamtion apps

  I’ve tried many (over 12) softwares, in search of PS’s capability of doing this:

  I’d like to ask this: 1. Is Adobe PS the only one? 2. I’d also like to know if there is another program that can turn any layer into frame?
  I wish I could turn the dog and the bckg into frames.

  No photoshop is not alone in creating creating seperate mattes. You can do this with nearly all photo editing software.
  You can animate these with with any compositing package.
  Combustion, After effects, Nuke, Shake, Fusion, Flame, Motion, even flash.
  You can also animate those if you apply them as textures in any 3D application.
