    Hi all,

I’m trying to render a couple of tree branches that I have used some depth of field on. I have 4 scenes in a stage object. I am also rendering out the same scenes with alpha channels. Scenes 1-3 come out perfect. Scene 4 though things go haywire and I am losing 2 branches that slowly animate on, which are not supposed to.

THEY ARE NOT ANIMATED THAT WAY I CHECKED.

Here is an examples (I am rendering them in TIFF sequences):

All of my settings are normal. I just have the depth of field setting checked on default settings for the renderer. I don’t have any lights or anything. Pretty much plain and simple. Please help if you can.

Does having Depth of Field switched off correct the alpha issue?

Can’t see how it would but then again it may be causing your problem. Worth trying….

When Depth of Field is turned off in the render settings it does correct the alpha.

But, then I lose all depth of field. No parts of it are blurred, but everything is rendered.
