  2D positional vertex data to After Effects?

  Hello everybody.
  I have a really simple animating wireframe mesh and need to export the 2D coordinates of the vertex points, for import into after effects.
  Ideally, these points would export as null objects, animating on the x and y plane.

  Anybody have any ideas?
