  how do I convert a MAX file to 3ds?

  I downloaded a model from TurboSquid. It’s in MAX format. But I want to import this object into another 3D app which only allows imports of .3DS.

  I do not have a copy of 3D Studio MAX.

  Anybody know of any quick fixes?

  OR…. would anybody be available to convert it for me? The file size is tiny. 250k or something.

  I don’t think there’s any way to convert it without MAX. Suggest you’d have a better chance at success posting this at the MAX forum.
