    Hi,

Does anyone know how to duplicate an object along a spline but for the object to be position tangential and not just pointing in an X or Y direction.

I have 100 rectangular blocks that I want to position along a spline.

    Cheers,

    Rich

Are you using the Duplicate tool for this? If so activate Enable Rotation and choose the appropriate Align axis. If you are using some other tool (MoGraph or a plugin( we’d need to know which tool.

    Hi Brian,

I am using the duplicate tool. I enabled rotation but my posts are still not aligning to the wall.

Attached is the project file if you have time to have a look.

    Cheers,

    Rich

When you Duplicate don’t use a Rail spline. Like this
