I used to use MeshTools script for 3D Studio Max.
Do you know if any script like that exist for C4D.

February 19, 2009 at 3:24 pmMost of the MeshTools functions are built into Cinema. There’s a free plugin (ama multislide) that duplicates the loop slide function which you can dowloand from here: https://www.remotion4d.net/downloads_d2.php

Do you know any plug-ins that may help to loop cut edge/poligon in half.

February 19, 2009 at 5:26 pmYep. I think i know how to use Knife tool. Do you think if i can loop cut edge/polly in 2,3 or 4 even pieces without setting the offset value? Sorry, i guess i just like MeshTools a too much 🙂

February 19, 2009 at 5:53 pmSounds like what you want is actually the edge cut tool. So first use ring selection, then edge cut.

February 2, 2011 at 11:02 pmFor anyone finding this now, I found better luck doing what I wanted by ring selecting the edges and then using the Connect command found in the structure tab (or you can just right-click, of course).
(v 11.5, here)
