  render part of a scene

  Hello ,

  is it possible to render part of a scene (part of a still image),to the picture viewer browser.so when there is somthing wrong in the render ,i can render the wrong area again???????????????

  there’s Render Area in the viewport, of course but if you really want the picture viewer you’d have to turn off parts you don’t want with layers, selection objects, something like SoloButton whatever is good for you and maybe use a different camera to zoom in on the bit you want without disturbing the original

  If you are using v10 and after, you can also use the Interactive Render Region (Alt > R). It’s great for previewing before going full-res. I use it all the time.
