baking textures
2 Questions:
1. When I bake textures in C4D 10 they aren’t baked with antialiasing, specifically noticeable on hard shadows. Is this something that has been fixed in 10.5? I have to soften them in Photoshop, and since they are on the same layer with shadows from bump maps the softening can be problematic and time consuming. Also, is there some way to bake textures with all the compositing layers available in a render? I’m finding it tough to get the look I want with just the layers available in baking.
2. Is there some way to set up a batch render for texture baking? I am rendering some high-resolution textures with Global Illumination, and each one takes 30-60 minutes to render. Being able to batch render wouldn’t leave me tied to the computer. Again, is this something fixed in 10.5?
