  creating this logo color and textshape

  Hallo,

  Im realy a beginner here so…

  I got this logo, that i want to make a nice 3d version of it, that i later on bring in AE.
  Making was no problem.

  But i got problems with coloring the logo and placing the circel text.

  First: how do i make the text on a path.I think its making a circel and asign it to the text, but its just on there and doesnt has the shape of a circel…

  Second i want create the color of the headshigh text. I tryed to get it with a gradient but that didnt realy look great. Dono how…

  Third: I wan to get a golden look on the inside ring. How would i do this?

  Any help appriciaded.
