  Connecting Cylinders

  I know this might be a really stupid question but here it goes. I’m trying to join two cylinders together without a seam. I have to create a vein connecting to another at about 90 deg. Is there a plugin that allows me to do this?. I have the notion that this is a very, very basic question, but I’m away from home and I don’t have any of my usual reference material handy. Please, help!.
