  water spray – target tracing spline

  water spray – with the target tracing a spline.

  almost like a water jet. any thoughts on what tools with the studio bundle, or maybe using a plug in- ideally a cheap/free one.

  Depends on how realistic it needs be, but simple particles, partly combined with the metaball object should do. You only need different emitters for varying the drop sizes.

  also, you might try to use fizz with Mylenium’s technique, fizz will help with the particle’s behavior as it hits the target, best of all, its free, but does not work with R10
