  selection codes for extruded type

  hi all,

  does anyone know the selection codes for the extrude type?

  for example, when i extrude type i can type R1 in the selection box of the particuar material that i want to be the rounded corner…

  but what about the sides or the cap? anyone know these codes?

  i know you can do this easily with the make object editable button, but it’d be nice to not do this incase the type needs to change…

  any help is appreciated.

  R1 – R2 the roundings
  C1 – C2 the caps
  For the sides just put on the desired texture with no code but make sure it’s the first one so it’s not ‘on top’ of the other textures.

  yes SweepNurbs, LoftNurbs and MoText objects as well (and Lathes but that seems to be a special case – you only get caps when you lathe a closed spline and don’t lathe it 360°)
