  work area gets cut off

  Sorry guys, I’m new to this 3D stuff, I work for a direct marketing company so the extent of my #D is image mapping VHS boxes and doing sexy camera moves around them.

  My work flow has been hindered lately, and I’m not sure if it is a bug, or more likely a preference set incorrectly.

  In my workspace (parallel or perspective) parts of my environment get cut off. I don’t see the graph, or if I put an object out there it gets cut in half or even disappears. (actually you can see inside of the objects. It would be like taking a piece of glass and slicing my objects with it. This only happens when the view is in certain angles. If I move it around aI can see everything fine.

  Any Ideas?

  Sound like a clipping issue. Could it be that the dimensions of your objects are quite large?
  Try to scale them down to dimensions in the 100-100000 m range and see if this changes anything.
