July 26, 2005 at 2:54 pmAFAIK there is no way to import an animated Poser figure without a plugin.

July 26, 2005 at 2:55 pmOn second thought, it might be possible to export the geometry and bvh motion files separately and then set them up in Cinema, but it would be a lot of work.

July 27, 2005 at 1:27 pmIf you’re on a PC you can use the free Riptide .obj importer which will bring in textures. Otherwise, unless you want to buy a plugin, you’ll have to reassign the materials manually.
I know you said “without using a plugin”, but you might want to consider this one: https://www.kuroyumes-developmentzone.com/interposer_ltd.html
It’s inexpensive and seems to solve your problems.
