  Marquee Chase Lights

  I want to have a series of lights flash in a chase sequence around a theatre marquee. Is there a way to easily offset the liting/timing of instances. Or is there an expression possibility here. What would be the most flexible way to set up these bulbs to chase so that changing the timing can be easily handled.
