  Searching for a metric to add to my business plan

  Please forgive me if this question is posted in the wrong place or if the information has been covered many times prior to now.

  I am planning to produce a documentary film as part of my business. I would hope to sell this work to a sports network such as ESPN. With this little information, could any of you give me an idea of the value range I could anticipate?

  In all honesty, there are WAY too many variables open and unanswered to even give a remote ballpark figure.
