    Brilliant.

While I’m rendering out a big QT, I notice that the movement has already started; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59ZYrB8Ws7Y&feature=player_embedded

BTW In the UK we have some horrible reactionary tabloid papers, so in order to avoid being contaminated by accidental exposure to unpleasant attitudes, I have the “kitten block” plugin installed on my computers: https://www.teaandkittens.co.uk/

In a market where they keep cancelling programming with real scripts and real actors and expensive locations, replacing it with much cheaper “reality” programming, monetizing LoLcats is just the next bump on the long downward slide. It’s not parody, it’s prescience.

It’s brilliant advertising, for the ad agency which produced it. It makes a good bargain with the audience: you’ll get a laugh, and we’ll get a couple minutes of your attention for our brand (=US).

    Thanks Mark.
