Thanks for the podcast on cartoonification exactly what i’ve been looking for for a long time now.
i have finished a minute or so video of some beat juggling on turntables it looks good (maybe too good) and thats the problem, i wanted to slow the frame rate down to 12 or 15 or so (orignally 25frames PAL/DV [1.07] 720×576), but when i change the comps frame rate it plays too fast and so does the audio?
    any suggestions
    cheers
    dan.

Are you sure you’re changing the comp’s frame rate and not reinterpreting the footage? Doing the latter will affect speed. Though, in fact, halving the frame rate should slow the playback speed rather than speed it up, so I’m stumped.

You can also try the “Posterize Time” effect if you need to output a standard framerate.

    thanks thats great,
    but still more problems.
I finished the video from before and started a new 1, colours parts was fine, but when i finished the lines and imported them to AE they were just blank, by that i mean the entire lines footage was all black after interpretation too?
i have done exactly the same procedure this time round only with different live trace presets
    any suggestions cheers
    dan.
