  Working with Public Domain Footage?

  Hi Folks

  I thinking of working with public domain footage and would like to hear some advice from anyone with a similar experience. Any advice on how to find out if its truly public domain?

  There are brokers who sell content like movies, Gov. material, ect. Better yet, anyone know of an attorney which handles cases like these?
