  I look at the site and just browsing the web developers and I see page after page after page of one designer, but the only difference is the location:

  Guelph website designer – portfolio – https://www.wedshow.com – 18 years graphic experience in web

  I.E., Spam. Link loading. Abusing the system. All of which Google penalizes in the page rank.

  Why would I post my services on a site that, if it has a terms of service, aren’t enforced?
