Free CMS without database
Posted by Rob Hindley on July 3, 2008 at 4:27 amAny suggestions on how to setup a content management system for a 6 page website? Client is a charity so can’t afford high development cost.

there are a number of open source cms tools out there written in php – your best bet is to google cms and php and you’ll find most of ’em…

I recently put together a Joomla site for a commercial client. Great cms but the setup can be tricky.Gribble
