  UpRez and Deinterlace

  I want to do both. UpRez and Deinterlace. I have the plug in for each. They each work independently, can’t make them work together. In After Effects.

  latest version of the plug ins, AE CS4, Mac Pro OS X 10.6.4

  Anyone have some advice?

  You have to precompose the SD source file with deinterlace first. Make an SD composition the size of your clip and add deinterlace to that. Then create a HD composition with a solid and UpRez and use the SD composition as the source for UpRez. You should now have deinterlaced, UpRezed footage.
