  Hi, can after effects retime.

  Hi there. I’ve been playing with the final cut retiming and it wont deliver the best quality and I find the time remapping feature incredibly cumbersome, I have motion but it is constantly crashing… So I wonder if After Effects has retiming features??? to create great ramping effects like those seen in “The 300”

  I will need to use this feature very soon, If after effects can do this and if there is some tutorial or if someone will be happy to explain this to me I will be very happy indeed.
