  export for web

  how can I export a video from after effects for web site please.whats the best way to do it without the video to loose quality(30 sec video)and to put it after in a flash web site please?

  High quality = high data rate
  high data rate = long loading times on the web
  long loading times = lost audience

  So:
  short loading times = low data rate
  low data rate = lossy compression (quality loss)

  Currently, the format of choice is generally FLV. You can compress your video to FLV in Flash, Squeeze, or After Effects CS3.

  You will lose quality — there’s nothing you can do about it … at least until codecs improve, or everyone has fibre-channel networks or something like that.

  When set correctly, FLV files can look stunning. Usually a datarate around 1400Kbps works nicely and file sizes are still manageable.

  A good technique is to roughly halve the frame rate of your source for the FLV. If your After Effects animation is 29.97fps, set your output module to make the FLV 15fps. This will cut the file size in half, and in most cases you can’t even tell the frame rate is reduced AS LONG as you don’t go below 10-15fps.
