  Ring Of Fire ??

  i am realy stuck here i just want to create a ring of fire but can’t do this can anyone help me here if i use the fire plugin then there is (maybe)there’s not any option to make fire’s shape like ring or i just can’t make a curve in it so is there anyway that i can do it

  make a solid, add the fire filter, make a cylinder on a separate track and then drop the solid onto the face track of the cylinder. Then adjust the cylinder and fire to your liking…

  Or, create a big o with the text tool and use that as your map track….I suspect rendering might be a little quicker, and also a little easier to adjust.

  Hello Tim, and I’m sorry for jumping into this conversation, but I have a quick question, when you say a solid, is that mean a solid background? and what color? and how do you ad a fire filter?

  I’m sure he means a 3d plane. Color doesn’t matter, as you won’t see it.
