  a problem with my After effect

  Hello

  I having a minor problem…actually its pretty big problem, with my after effect. Whenever i put in a video with audio in it or an audio file, its plays but I cannot hear the sound for some reason, i checked if it was mute or something but it isnt. please help me!

  How are you playing it, with the Space Bar? Not the best way.

  Hit zero on the numeric pad for a Ram Preview of both audio and video, or hit the “.” key on the numeric pad for audio only.
