• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Final Cut Pro project disappeared!

  I am 13 years old and entering Tropfest Jr this year. I had essentially completed the film when my computer crashed. After restarting, I couldn’t find the project in the Final Cut Pro Program. When I tried to open it from the file, it came up with an error stating:

  “The document “CurrentVersion.fcpproject” could not be opened. The file isn’t in the correct format.”

  Please help! I don’t know what to do. I’m on version 10.0.

  Hi Josh,
  Look for the “Autosave Vault”.
  The most recent file on the folder is the last version of the project that FC saved before crashing.
