Jumpy Effect

You have several things happening here.

First, there is some simple jump-cutting.
Second, some speed-ramping.
Way too much film light leak effect:-)
and finally, the effect where the booming audio warps the picture, that’s a displacement effect keyed to the peaks of the audio track, and I know this is like a one-click effect in AfterEffects but can’t recall the exact name at the moment.
