  Workflow for editing footage from a 60 D shot on high speed

  Hi

  I am currently editing on Final Cut Pro 7 and would like to know what the best workflow would be, if i was to edit footage from a 60 D camera, all shot on high speed. Coming from Log and transfer to the actual editing of the footage, which would be the best editing format and which would the best quality to export the completed sequence?

  Well, the 60D does not shoot Variable Frame Rate (VFR)
  So, you can shoot:

  24,(25,50) 30, 60 FPS Did you shoot 60fps? Is this what you mean by shot hi-speed?
  You can shoot @ 60 and conform/edit @ 24 and this will give you slo-mo.

  Shoot video.
  Bring it into FCP via L&T.
  Edit.
