MPEGStream Clip can handle virtually all types and formats of video with some exceptions. Probably your clip falls into exception category. Try Adobe Encoder or may be some utility under Windows OS which can render acceptable mov format.

Thanks dear….i downloaded avi component for my quicktime pro and avi started playing in mpeg streamclip too and now i can convert it smoothly marking in and out.

Is there any way that we can mark number of in and out in a video in mpeg streamclip and it can be converted together in a batch?

Glad everything’s fine. So far I believe MPEG Stream Clip ain’t support this feature in batch export.
