  AE CS3 won’t import sequences

  When I open my AE projects, all my footage is missing and I get an error “After Effects Error: Making File Specification – File Not Found (-43)” I’ve checked my hard drive and all the footage is where it was before. Also, when I try to import an image sequence, I get the same error message. I can import a single image from the sequence, just not the entire sequence. I opened AE 6.5 and have no problems with importing, but all my recent projects are in CS3 so I still can’t open my projects. I tried re-installing CS3 and I still have the same problem.

  Any ideas?

  I am using CS3 on an Intel Mac.
  OSX version 10.4.7,
  QT version 7.1.5.

  What else do you want to know?

  I ran the update to CS3 ver 8.0.2. Still no difference. So basically my CS3 is unusable.
