  Moving Light

  Hey guys here I am again, looking for help…

  I would like your help to develop the moving blue light in the BG below:

  How do I get that Result? I tried some things but they never worked well… Could you guys give me a clue about it?

  I do not think it looks anything like Andrew kramer’s ipod nano’s light…it’s gotta be something different…
