    Hi there,

Our trailer editor made a lovely trailer for us, but now I can’t reconnect some PSD’s that are in the sequence. When I open the project and it gives me the option to reconnect media, I look for the media and find it, but the files aren’t highlighted, so I can’t choose them. So instead, I go into my sequence and right-click each little clip and choose “reconnect.” But when I do that, I get a message saying that “The title does not have enough video tracks to reconnect to “KGP logo.psd” at the time 00:00:09;27 in sequence “Vegucated No Animal Footage V4.” Click “ok” to make this clip independent and go to the net clip or “cancel” to skip all clips from this file.”

When I click “ok” then the same error message comes up for every (layer?) of the file? I suck at Photoshop and don’t get it. Any ideas for how to reconnect?

    Thanks,
    Marisa

    Hi Marisa,
Probably those files had been modified so FC doesn’t recognize them.
The fact of being multi-layers, complicates things.

Had you tried un-checking “Matched Name and Reel Only”?
