  reducing/eliminating lens glare in sunglasses?

  I recently shot an interview with someone who wore sunglasses. The studio lights reflected off the lenses, and I find it quite a bit distracting. Obviously, I should have shot the interview without sunglasses, but I didn’t. Does anyone have any advice on how to minimize the distracting effect of the glare?
