    Hello everyone,

I’m pretty new to all of this, but I have a question for those of you more advanced than I am. I shot some footage with a Panasonic HVX200 in 720/60p, capturing in P2 format DVCPRO HD on a Focus FS100 hard drive. I used Final Cut’s “log and transfer” function and was able to import the footage into my browser. When I playback the footage in the viewer or canvas windows, I notice a quick “jitter” in the footage every second on the second. Especially noticeable during panning.

Is this just a flaw when viewing the footage in FCP, and it won’t be noticeable on my final product?

    Thanks for the help.

Followup…..I think “stutter” is a better word to describe what I’m seeing.
