  Still Photo Neeting Dreamy Movement

  Is there a filter inside FCP7 that will create an illusion of movement over a STILL image? Co-worker asked me and I can’t find one. We know of the filters that make moving video go wavey. But he has a still photo. He wants to give it a dream effect or an effect like he’s in a thought process. But it’s a still photo.

  OR if you can think of something in Motion, or even Live Type that would be swell too.

  In Motion you will get something much better and without using any plugin.
