  What is the best plug in for doing simple text on Final Cut Pro 7?

  The built in ones. TEXT is one, VERY basic. Then there is Boris TITLE 3D. Both are accessed through the Viewer, in the “A” drop down menu. TEXT for TEXT, and BORIS for BORIS TITLE 3D.

  Motion offers up some great Text features, you can do some really cool things in that application. It works great with Final Cut. And you already own it. Best of luck and hope this helps.
