  Capture Settings for XL2

  Hello,

  I have learned, and prefer, to capture footage directly into my Harddrive via FCP log and capture.

  Can I still do 24p advanced this way?
  And if so…..what settings do use?

  Is 24p advanced any better than 24p?
  And what are the best settings for that? I have been using the NTSC DV 48. Is DV50 possible? Is it better?
