  Best way to slow down 25fps foots and play smoothly?

  There are alot of different things you can put behind a video when you have slowed it down to make it play smoother but i want to know what the best one is? especially when i want to export it to a dvd and the dvd plays differently to the mac?

  For some reason a drop shadow sometimes makes it smoother? I didn’t think this should happen?
