  Unable to select Marker on the edge of a clip!!!

  hello guys, got a minor yet irritating problem in FCP.

  I tried aligning items in timeline using markers. I created a marker on the timeline sequence, one more on the sequence clip at the starting frame of that selected clip and finally one more with the audio beat. My idea was to align them by pulling around the markers.

  The issue is ” When i try to cmd clicking the clip in the sequence to hold and drag, i am unable to select the clip marker on the timeline…. it would instead select the clip itself not allowing me to select the marker that i have placed on the edge of that clip.

  Kindly help!!!

  What version of the software are you talking about? You can’t select a clip marker in most versions.
