    Hi

i am using final cut pro 6 with keylight

After the image is keyed out
and cropped, i have an image of someone
speaking in front of a black screen from
the chest up. At the top of the viewable
black screen there is a line that looks like it comes
from the bottom of the the person. the length
    of their chest.

almost like the last line of image is taken
from the bottom and put to the top of the viewable
screen area..and it ends up rendering out like this.

it doesn’t happen all the time with other keyed out
images and it sometimes occurs in other locations
but seems to take place when i am keying. This one
displaced line which is horizontal at the full or cropped
    edge of the screen.

I am absolutely stumped.. Sorry for the explanation
i hope you are able to picture what i was trying
    to get across.

Have you tried to crop that line? If so, what happens? Is that line in the key layer, the background or another layer? I have used Keylight in AE, but not the FCP plugin.

    Yes i have.

the line is at the bottom of the cropped frame.

It isn’t there with the regular footage before it
    hasn’t been keyed out.

If you try to crop, does the line just move with the crop? Maybe if you nest the key and then try to crop the nest you can get rid of it. Have you looked at the various matte views to see if you can identify where in the process the line is coming from? I’ve never seen this. Hopefully, someone else might have an idea.
